Format

An informal scientific gathering without a fixed programme, designed to foster open exchange between scientists working on Gastronomy across disciplines — physics, chemistry, biology, computational and data sciences, sensory and nutritional sciences, and the humanities — and gastronomy professionals who engage with scientific research, including chefs and food technologists.
