The ISSG promotes scientific gastronomy through its flagship educational programme: the International Summer School of Scientific Gastronomy — an annual intensive course for students and emerging researchers.
International Summer School of Scientific Gastronomy
An intensive five-day programme combining theoretical lectures, hands-on laboratory sessions, guided tastings and a field visit in the Emilian food valley. Free of charge for selected participants. Up to 20 places. Taught in English, Spanish and Italian.
